A Hand to Hold Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering underprivileged youth aged 9 to 17. We believe in the potential of every youth to overcome challenges and thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Our mission is to provide the youth with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to discover and express their unique identities, build self-confidence, and pursue their dreams.

Through a variety of programs—including educational workshops, mentorship opportunities, creative platforms, life skills training, and career guidance—we aim to inspire and equip each youth to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Our team is passionate about connecting families with essential resources, offering compassionate support, and organizing community events that foster unity and understanding.
